Primarily intended as a briefing document for programme and module convenors, it is also useful for other educators and INGOs as a guide for thinking through the multi-faceted dimensions of decolonizing education, training and learning, as well as wider communications and cultures, within organisations. It aims to stimulate reflection, dialogue and changes in education practice, exploring experiences of racism and racialized inequalities as well as case studies, and questions and suggestions around pedagogies.
