It argues that Decoloniality / anti-racism and racial equity lenses have been missing from the work on localization in recent years but that they are necessary in order to address the colonial system of oppression underpinning international development organization and practice. The resources focuses on a number of questions raised for people in different roles in INGOs, e.g., from CEOs to HR professionals, around diversity, power, positionality and Decoloniality / anti-racism policies related to different aspects of organizational life.
