(1) Save the Date -  Dóchas Awards 2018 and Christmas Party: 5 December, 6pm - 8.30pm, Wood Quay Venue, Dublin City Council Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8

Join us at the Dóchas Awards 2018 and annual Christmas Party as we gather to honour our Members and celebrate the festive season. Four awards will be presented to Members on the evening: Global Citizen Award; Humanitarian Award; Respect and Equality in Communications Award; Innovation Award. Finalists will be announced in the coming weeks. The Dóchas Lifetime Achievement Award 2018 will be presented to Mary Robinson, President of the Mary Robinson Foundation - Climate Justice, and former President of Ireland and UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. We are pleased to announce the Judges for the Dóchas Awards 2018: Deirdre Mortell, CEO of Social Innovation Fund Ireland; Justine McCarthy, columnist and political correspondent with The Sunday Times; Michael Sheldrick, Vice President of Global Policy and Government Affairs at Global Citizen; and Dr Walt Kilroy, Associate Director of DCU's Institute for International Conflict Resolution and Reconstruction.
