About the Conference:

The 2016 Summit on the Sustainable Development Goals was hosted by Dóchas, the Irish Association for Non-Governmental Development Organisations. It was a momentous gathering of international and domestic NGOs, government representatives, environmental groups, activists, civil society and private sector organisations coming together to connect, collaborate and make change happen. The Summit celebrated the journey international development has travelled so far and looked to the future.  We are at a unique point in history and what we do next will determine the future of the planet and humanity. The Summit asked critical questions about how Ireland can play its role in achieving these vital 17 goals to end poverty and fight injustice. Be part of this historic moment. Get involved.
