PERSONAL PROFILE

Dave Walsh is an energetic, highly motivated and experienced press officer, producer, campaigner, photographer, journalist, and internet expert. Since 2004, he has worked on projects for Greenpeace, from its offices in the Netherlands, the UK, New Zealand, and Tokyo, and during prolonged expeditions to the Arctice and Antartica, West Africa and other remote environments. He has covered a variety of issues including, but not confined to climate change, whaling, destructive fishing and deforestation.

In 2009, Dave's photography was "Highly Commended" in the "Changing Climates" category of the international Environmental Photographer of the Year competition.
